A Movement That Started in 2020

The Women in Business and Politics Summit was born from a simple but powerful idea: to create a premier platform where Nigeria's most accomplished women leaders could connect, share insights, and drive meaningful change.

What began as a modest gathering of 50 women has grown into the country's most prestigious forum for female leadership excellence, attracting ministers, CEOs, diplomats, and changemakers from across Africa.
